How Zyco AI Studio collects, uses, and shares information from this website. Last updated 1 August 2026.

Who we are

Zyco AI Studio, Brooklyn Park, MN, United States. Contact: [email protected] or (612) 756-6857. Zyco AI Studio is the controller of the information described here.

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to send us through a form on this site, plus limited technical data our hosting provider records automatically.

Information you submit

  • Free audit / contact form: your name, email address, phone number, business name, current website, the service you are interested in, and whatever you write in the message field.
  • Project details form: the information needed to build your site — business name, tagline, your name, email and phone, the public phone, email and address you want shown, service area, business hours, services, an "about" description, FAQs, testimonials you supply, social links, a link to a photos folder, desired domain, reference sites, launch deadline, and any notes you add.
  • Google setup form: your name, email, business name, website domain, and a Google Business Profile verification code if you choose to send one.
  • Estimate context: if you reach the contact form from our site planner or pricing calculator, the estimate you generated (tier, price, timeline, page count, add-ons), the page you submitted from, and the page that referred you are attached to your message. The contact page shows you this text before you send it.

Information collected automatically

  • Server logs. Our host, Cloudflare, records standard request data including your IP address, user agent, and the pages requested, for security and reliability.
  • Aggregate analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-focused and does not use cookies or fingerprinting, and does not track you across sites.

What we do not collect

  • No cookies. This site sets no cookies. If you change the colour theme, that single preference is stored in your browser's local storage and never leaves your device.
  • No advertising or cross-site tracking, and no data brokers.
  • No payments on this site. We do not collect or store card details here. Invoicing is handled separately.
  • The on-site chat assistant ("Zia") runs entirely in your browser. It answers from a fixed list of pre-written replies. Nothing you type into it is transmitted to us or to anyone else, and we cannot see it.

How we use it

  • To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote or audit.
  • To deliver and support work you have engaged us for.
  • To keep the site secure and functioning.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not use your submissions to train AI models.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run the site and receive your messages. Your form submission passes through each of these:

  • FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) — processes the form submission and forwards it to us by email.
  • Google (Gmail) — our email provider, where the resulting message is received and stored.
  • Cloudflare — website hosting, content delivery, and aggregate analytics.

These providers process data in the United States. We otherwise disclose information only where required by law.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept while we are in contact and for up to 24 months afterwards, so we can follow up and keep a record of what was agreed. Client project information is kept for the life of the engagement and for as long as needed afterwards for support, tax, and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your information sooner — see below.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS with HSTS, a strict Content Security Policy, and other security headers. Forms include spam protection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Please do not send passwords, card numbers, or other sensitive credentials through these forms. If you need to share a Google verification code or similar, it is used once for setup and then discarded.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live — for example under the Minnesota Consumer Data Privacy Act, the California Consumer Privacy Act, or the UK/EU GDPR — you may have additional rights, including the right to appeal a refusal and to complain to your data protection authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change how we handle information we will update this page and the "last updated" date above.
