I run Zyco AI Studio from the Twin Cities. A two-page site is $200. Most one-pagers go live in 2–3 days. You talk to me the whole way.
Prices are on the site. Live client sites are on the homepage. I do not invent results.
Why this studio exists
A lot of Twin Cities owners get quoted either a cheap template with no follow-through, or an agency price meant for a much bigger company. I sit in the middle: a real site, a fixed price, and one person to email.
It is just me
That is a choice, and it has trade-offs.
What you get: the person on the call is the person who builds the site. Decisions stay in one thread, which is why a landing page can go live in 2–3 days.
What to weigh: I take a limited number of projects at a time, so start dates depend on the queue. If you need a large team or someone answering at 2 a.m., I am not the right fit, and I would rather say that before we start.
How a project runs
- Call and scope. We look at your current site, your Google listing, and how customers reach you. I send back the changes most likely to get more calls. No obligation.
- Scope and price. You get a written scope and a fixed price from the pricing page before any work starts.
- Content and build. You send details through the project form. I build, then share a preview for edits.
- Launch. Domain, HTTPS, and every account in your name. Typical timelines: 2–3 days for a landing page, 4–6 days for a two-page site, 7–10 days for a three-page site.
You own the files
Your domain, website files, Google Business Profile, and analytics stay in your name. If we stop working together, you take all of it. Hosting is optional: I can host for a flat monthly fee, or you host it yourself.
How I use AI
AI can help draft copy and speed up repetitive work. It does not decide what goes on your site. I check every line a customer will read. I will tell you if a part of the project was AI-assisted.
Security on every launch
HTTPS, HSTS, and locked-down headers ship with the site. Forms include spam protection. The security checklist is the same one I run at launch.
What I will not do
- Promise a number-one Google ranking
- Invent testimonials or traffic numbers
- Keep your domain or analytics under my login
- Publish AI drafts without reading them

Where I work
I work across the Twin Cities: Minneapolis, St. Paul, Maple Grove, Plymouth, Coon Rapids, Brooklyn Park, and nearby. The Minnesota page and city pages have local details. Remote work is fine if you are outside the metro; the process is the same.
