One operator — what that actually means for you

Zyco AI Studio is run by Andy, working solo online from the United States. That is a deliberate choice, and it comes with real trade-offs worth knowing before you hire us.

What you get: the person you talk to is the person who builds your site. Nothing is handed to a junior team after the sales call, because there is no sales team and no junior team. Decisions happen in one conversation instead of three, which is why a landing page can go live in 2–3 days rather than a month.

What you should weigh: we take on a limited number of projects at a time, so start dates depend on current capacity. If you need a large team, round-the-clock coverage, or a dedicated account manager, we are not the right fit — and we would rather say so up front than take the project and disappoint you.

How a project actually runs

1. Call and scope. We look at your current site, your Google presence, and how customers reach you today, then send back the changes most likely to increase calls and bookings. No obligation.
2. Scope and fixed price. You get a written scope and a fixed price from our published pricing before any work starts. No hourly surprises.
3. Content and build. You send your details through our project details form; we build, then share a preview link for revisions.
4. Launch and handover. We connect the domain, set up HTTPS, and hand over every account. Typical timelines: 2–3 days for a landing page, 4–6 days for a brochure site, 7–10 days for a full business site.

You own everything

Your domain, your website files, your Google Business Profile, and your analytics are registered to you and stay yours. If you leave, you take all of it — there is no export fee and nothing to negotiate. Hosting is optional: we can host for a flat monthly fee, or you can host it yourself and pay us nothing ongoing.

How we use AI — and how we don't

AI helps us draft copy and move faster on repetitive work. It does not decide what goes on your website. Every customer-facing deliverable is reviewed by a human before it ships, and we will tell you plainly which parts of a project were AI-assisted. The chat assistant on this site answers from a fixed set of pre-written replies rather than generating text, so it cannot invent a price or a promise.

Security is part of the build, not an upsell

Every site ships with HTTPS, HSTS, a strict Content Security Policy, and hardened response headers as standard — the same configuration this site runs. Contact forms include spam protection, and we collect only the information needed to answer an enquiry. Our website security checklist is the same one we work through on every launch.
