The challenge

A lash and brow business sells more than a list of treatments. A new visitor needs to understand the style, the person behind the work, and which service fits them before they feel ready to make an appointment.

Our approach

The opening pairs oversized editorial type with actual studio footage. The site then moves from mood to guidance: a two-step look finder, selected services, lash examples, Sonia’s story, and practical visit details. Booking by text stays close to the moments when a visitor has enough context to act.

What we built

  • Art-directed homepage with studio film and a clear pause control
  • Interactive look finder that suggests a starting point from two choices
  • Service guidance and a gallery of lash styles
  • Founder story, location, hours, and text-to-book links
  • Responsive layouts for desktop and phone screens

Decisions worth explaining

Show the hands behind the service. Real process footage makes the work tangible. The film can be paused, and the page still communicates the story without motion.

Guide before asking for a booking. The look finder gives visitors language for what they want, then points them to a service rather than forcing them to decode a menu alone.

Keep the next step human. The primary action opens a text conversation with the studio. That fits a personalized service where details are best confirmed directly.

What you can verify

The working preview lets visitors explore the film, look finder, service menu and booking path themselves. No appointment or revenue figures are presented here because those outcomes have not been verified.
