Pricing on this site

Published prices — landing pages from $300, brochure sites $650, full business sites $1,200, AI services from $39, and listed add-ons — are our standard rates for the scope described on the relevant page. They are an offer to discuss work, not a binding quote. The price for your project is the one set out in the written proposal or invoice you accept, which prevails over anything on this site.

Timelines shown (for example "2–3 days") are typical delivery times measured from the point we have the content and access we need from you. They are estimates, not guarantees, and depend on your responsiveness.

No ranking or results guarantee

Search rankings, traffic, lead volume, and revenue depend on competition, market conditions, and search engines' own systems, all outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic level, lead volume, or revenue outcome. Any figures describing past work are examples, not promises of comparable results.

Enquiries and the information you send

Submitting a form does not create a contract or reserve capacity; it starts a conversation. Please send only information you have the right to share. You confirm that any content you give us — text, images, logos, testimonials — is either yours or licensed for the use you are asking us to make of it, and you agree to cover us against third-party claims arising from content you supply. How we handle your information is described in our privacy policy.

Ownership of work

On full payment for a project, you own your domain, your website files, your content, and your Google and analytics accounts. We do not hold client assets hostage, and you may move to another provider at any time. We keep ownership of our own reusable tools, components, and templates, and of anything created before or outside your project. Unless you ask us not to, we may show your finished site in our portfolio.

Payment, changes, and cancellation

Payment terms, deposits, revision rounds, refunds, and cancellation are set out in the proposal or invoice for your project. Where a service is billed monthly — hosting, ongoing updates, or a monthly AI service — it continues until you cancel, and you may cancel at any time with effect from the end of the current billing period. Work beyond the agreed scope is quoted separately before it starts.

The text, design, and images on zycoaistudio.com belong to Zyco AI Studio or its licensors. You may view and share pages; please do not copy the site or substantial parts of it for your own commercial use. We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and may change or remove content at any time.

Third-party links

The portfolio links to live sites we built and to concept builds hosted on our own demo accounts; each group is labelled on the portfolio page. We are not responsible for the current content of any third-party site.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zyco AI Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data, arising from use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, and the courts of Hennepin County, Minnesota have jurisdiction over any dispute.
